Many of our first time clients may be wondering who they should ask for when calling us. Rest assured, all of our sales staff are more than willing to help you with any questions you may have.
Turnaround time:
It's important to get the right stuff. It's equally important to get the right stuff when you need it! We do everything we can to ship product according to your schedule. We keep an extensive inventory at our NY warehouse. Occasionally, manufacturing and/or shipping delays can cause backorders. Our standard shipping method is ground service. Please specify need-by date when ordering - priority shipping is readily available.
Payment Options:
CIA - check in advance, COD - cash on delivery, Credit Card (Discover, Visa, MC), Purchase Orders / Account - available to Public Schools, Universities, Colleges, State Organizations and organizations with an approved credit application.
Shipping Info:
Entertainment Services uses UPS, FedEx and common carrier for shipments. UPS and FedEx are used for standard shipments; common carrier for overweight/oversize orders. Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day service available.
